Sleeping Positions 沉睡的位置

    In my own experience I must have at least 4 hours of sleep to be fresh and healthy for the day.在我自己的经验,我必须有至少4个小时的睡眠是新鲜和健康的一天。 Can be adjusted to 3 hours at least, still with same condition of freshness.可以进行调整,以3小时,至少仍同条件下保鲜。 If I sleep more then that, I used to felt weak and lazy for the whole day.如果我睡那么多,我觉得用于薄弱和懒惰的整整一天。
