U svoje iskustvo sam mora imati najmanje 4 sata spavanja biti svježa i zdrava za taj dan. Može se podesiti na 3 sata najmanje, još uvijek s istim stanje svježine. Ako sam spavati više od toga, osjećala sam se slabi i lijeni za cijeli dan.
